Easter Poem by Doris Paul

Easter

Eggs: yellow, pink, and amethyst,
A symbol of earth's Renaissance,
Set within the awaken'd womb;
Tulips: mauve and alabaster,
Ever mindful of the Master's
Resurrection from mortal tomb.
