Each Day That Goes By Is So Long
The day was a good one amazingly
Was feeling great, cruising along
Then the thoughts went back to someone
And suddenly I'm all of a sad song
So I put on a real tear jerker
And sat in good memories lost
Hot tears rolling down cheeks
Feeling alone and ever so lost
Heart is breaking, soul is crushed
Where oh where did it all go wrong?
Been told to give it some time
But each day that goes by is so long
