E Go Better Poem by David Adeyemo

E Go Better

Rating: 5.0

When will I ever reach my goal!
Now or when I grow old?
The sign ahead says Road Closed
And the board behind reads No Vacant
But still, you say E Go Better

When will I ever reach my goal!
Now or when my hair is grey?
See, the bridge ahead is broken
Even the road behind as turns Ocean
And yet, you say E Go Better

When will I ever reach my goal!
Now or when my teeth are broken?
Or when I finally lose my grip…
I can't stand the test of time
Let this cup pass me bye I pray
And still, you say E Go Better
