Dying Wish Poem by Jim Yerman

Dying Wish

"I wish I could have given you..." his whisper fading, "all the things you've ever dreamed."
She squeezed his hand, kissed his lips...and beneath her tears she beamed.

"Don't you know, you silly fool, the moment I met you...
Every dream I ever dreamed...suddenly came true."

Beautiful and poignant read. Love n death are realities of life. Well-penned.
