Dusk Bells Poem by Pierre Pabstel

Dusk Bells

The dusk bells toll
On silent Venezia
The City of Masks
Of the bella Italia

Light undone by Dark
Sun becomes moon
I walk the streets alone
Humming a somber tune

For tonight will lose a soul
Lungs will lose a breath
My blade will drink blood
My eyes will welcome Death
