Dummy Computer Passwords Poem by Terence George Craddock

Dummy Computer Passwords

why are some jokes
aping my attitudes
perception awareness

when asked
to provide
a password

with eight characters
and at least one capital
I entertained obvious

smiled
considered
listed

structurally
intellectually
possibility

alternative solution
run variant selection
for self edification

short named
memorable
characters

then actual joke reality
encroaching upon my own
independent personality

declaring ''During
a recent password
audit by a company,

it was found
an employee
was using

the following password:

''MickeyMinniePluto
HueyLouieDewey
DonaldGoofySacremento''

When asked why she had
used such a long password,
she rolled her eyes and said:

''Hello! It has
to be at least 8 characters
and include

at least one capital.''''

excellent some would say
she must have been blond
I would say she followed

instructions to the letter, capital

now the real reason
I never actually created
such a long password

Hello! Impracticality!
too long for forms files!
too long to type in entry!
