A million lights adorn your moonlit waters,
like glittering pearls from long ago dives.
From pearl divers to today's strivers,
Dubai Creek, You cradle the world
Your heart throbs with engine motors
as Once upon a Time
merges with Today
Across the ages, and beyond a million faces,
Dubai Creek, You have cradled the world.
