Droplets-2
DEWALI-1
sparkle of lights in your eyes
subdues the twinkle of Dewali night
the air flows with nostalgic music
over-shadowing the crackers plight
untold words form a lump in the throat
no one knows when time took its flight.

Lovely imagery here...brings back happy Diwali memories. a neat poem
No more subjugation to crackers which is only adding sound pollution but if it has to festive, it should be the illuminants only enlightening new ray of hope in us and taking our old nibbling feelings in the smokes belching and bellowing higher and higher away from us.
