Dreams Again Poem by Luna Black

Dreams Again

Rating: 4.0

Is this real?
Your arms around my waist
Your breath in my ear
Your heart beat close to mine?

Could this be real
Are you really here,
Holding me as I cry.

I feel my face
Wet with tears,
It felt so real
The dreams I fear.

Your comforts gone
Your no where to be seen
Only the darkness is around
To shows me reality.

Yet, everytime I close my eyes,
Your whose there every night.
Waiting to greet me
With loving lies,
Of my false reality.

Waking causes pain and tears
For what reality is here.
Feeling alone, always sad
Wondering if you miss me
half as bad.

We must make do.
Some must create
A simple heaven
Of a perfect date.
A face of comfort,
or a loving tune.
To greet them when
theyre down or blue.

We all have to create,
A joyous or happy place.

Wondering if you miss me half as bad. I love this line and i know many could relate to it. It is realy sad to miss someone, but it is better to face the truth and get over it. Easier said than done, but that way it the first step of healing. We all have to create, A joyous or happy place. -I hope you don't mind if I add- Where we can find the true meaning of peace, Not the falsity brought by dreams. Thank you for sharing a wonderful poem. Keep up the good work..
