Dreaming Well Poem by Joseph Walden

Dreaming Well

Please beloved,
if I only had wings,
explore would I,
the secret to these dreams.

Lost am I,
with wish and hope,
touching down,
this silver rope.

fly I must,
surely with speed,
To land upon the evergreen.

rose upon the evergreen,
catch I will this fateful dream,
death then bliss,
then truth will beam.

Cast yes this dream,
cupids rose and evergreen,
a wishful hope,
it did.
