Dreaming Poem by Amber Reeves

I lay awake on my bed,
letting thoughts of Love run through my head,
Many are yet exciting, as others did fail,
But I must not let it stop me, my heart will prevail,
As I stare outside, I manage a peek,
The world of nature is love at its peak,
I smile to myself, and trying to understand,
Love is more fruitful, should be known to every man,
But the night was still young, and my eyes too awake,
So, I headed to my window, a lullaby i would make,
The stars are my keepers, the moon is my light,
The pitch black my kingdom, the hour my knight,
I am known to all, but felt by few,
So, Ill sit here and wait, as I always do,
I am Love, for love is from the heart,
I'll always be here, I was from the start!
