Don'T Vacillate Poem by Damian Cranney

Don'T Vacillate

Let not adversity, douse the fire within,
Or undue critics deviate your way,
Your being has a natural propensity to win,
Challenge life, don't vacillate or sway.

Question the wrath of those who see no merit,
In simple pleasures the soul enjoys to play,
Bounteous nature our legacy to inherit,
Needs our protection, if we are to enjoy each day.

Revel in the uniqueness of yourself, rejoice,
Forgetting not you walk this path but once,
The course is set make wise your choice,
And never listen to that negative inner voice.
