Don'T Spend Your Time Poem by Gary James Smith

Don'T Spend Your Time

Don't Spend Your Time

Don't spend your time in the wilderness
With murmuring and complaints
Go with what you have got
And not with all the ain'ts
You'll wear out soon my brother
With all your worrying ways
Take some time to meditate
Give to God your praise
For He is watching over you
Every moment of every day
He's waiting waiting waiting waiting
When will you ever pray
What! You don't believe it
Well call upon His name
Come with true repentant heart
You'll never be the same.
