Don'T Screw Yourself Poem by dun one

Don'T Screw Yourself

Sitting in the grass lying by a beaten brown map I found
I turn to face reality when suddenly it occurs to me
Im not lost its just the cost of daily living that frightens me
I look at how they spend the day
Heart at ease slaving the day away
They look hard dragging on a stick of tar
Speaking in a dialect unknown
I float out into a cloud dropping the stone
Ultraviolet with shades of blue
Hue
I will change for no one not you
Grateful for the night light
Dominating in a new way
Surround yourself with love cause hell their may not be none above
Tell me a story
Speak language that can captivate my mind
It wont take any time
Thoughts balloon like a blooming flower
Each and everyone one of us holds the power
The world is in our hands
Understand that life is a short long ride
A black and white film with colorful characters
A heavy sky
A synthetic deterioration
No explanation
A warm cold chill
Take time make time to let go and hypothesize
Philosophize about the winds that blew from Plato to Beethoven and than to you
Don’t screw yourself you’ll be left without a clue
