Don'T Break Poem by Paul Larmour

Don'T Break

the demons they come mostly in the night
i only see them when i close my eyes
but i feel them in my waking hours
they sense the end is near
and they toy with me
they can take me to the final darkness
when they want
but if i can find the courage
i will have the last laugh
but i'm so afraid
they hold my future
and they dictated my passed

i bent and bent
but did not break
i went to the edge
but i walked away
