Doesn'T Hurt Poem by Alice Winnetou

Doesn'T Hurt

I am keeping my head down
and thinking, if it's me
or have you changed
in not a nice way?

My mind sees memories of
our lovely meetings
You were telling me
nice things
I was telling you
good things

And now all of it has
changed.
I am keeping my head down
and listening to your talk
with your mate
You are talking about me
how bad girl I am

When did this start?
Why haven't you told
me your true feelings?
Maybe we could save
our relationship.

And now all of it has
changed.
I am keeping my head down
and wondering, if I have
been so blind
or if it was you, who made
me see non-existent things.

And now you are talking
to me
that I shouldn't talk with
anyone in the internet.
Well, know that internet
doesn't hurt as much
as you did.
