Does A Frog Looks At Us Poem by Manonton Dalan

Does A Frog Looks At Us

i almost step on a frog
it made that giant leap
for man to jump like that
ten foot rim will; peanut
for man to swim like that
swimming pool; bath tub

those limbs are for escape
from predators; hungry snake
tongue longer than most of us
so sticky to catch unwary fly
maybe she is saying 'big feet.
look at those yellowed teeth'
