When world began and man was made,
Diseases came to never fade;
Some men practiced the healing art,
And God the Healer, played His part.
When Science was young and tools were few,
Some daring healers came in view;
With scarce research and knowledge less,
Their remedies were crude, clueless.
Technology came to rescue;
Foraged had Science with theories new;
The pioneers had minds of steel,
And hearts of patience that would feel.
Diseases disappeared from scene;
New ones appearing, always been;
Though cures have come by perfect art,
Most doctors have done well their part.
Yet, Doctors are just humans too!
In weather bad, most work, they do;
They love to cure their sick brethren,
When God's grace rains down from heaven.
