and now she's all alone
sitting on that corner
trying to write a poem

At this very moment, it's you
it's you in her mind
you're the reason for her poem
inspiration is what you are to her

Feels like her emotions are so strong
it's almost eating her alive
you needed to be apart
oh Cupid, mend her broken heart

She opened up her blinded eyes
it's now your turn
and realize that she's crazy over you
she's been waiting for you

Don't let her wait in vain
her promise is not to interfere
if you love someone else
tell it to her before you can be her world
