Divine Wisdom Poem by Tejasvi Saxena

Divine Wisdom

Seeking, searching for divine wisdom....
I wandered lonely a day whole.
All at once I saw a sanctum...
Like an oasis for thy anxious soul.

Amazed to see meditating sage.
Like a paradise swan...
Locked and lonely in a cage.

I asked him, ''Why are you here....''?
''Brimming with solace of prayer''?

He looked at me with intellect
& told me that.......................

''O Man! !
You never acquaint with such pleasure..
which is thy solitude of sacred treasure..

You are bound in cosmos of fabrication...
& I am out of this periphery of gravitation...

Circumference of materialism is swaying away...
path towards salvation is on my way...

I just cant breathe in swirling empirical...
my destination is set for transcendental...

I live in a world where vicissitude dwells...
hawkers of grief there, don't sells...

Where, incense of pristinity blows...
& exuberance of insanity flows...
It's a mystic utopia
a procrastinated ancient practice
it's an epitome of hedonism
yet, a cave for ascetics
a pilgrimage for pilgrims
& a nostalgia for seekers.......
