Disenchanted Poem by Fallen Too Far

Disenchanted

laughter could have been but it wasn't
and she didn't know where
because she didn't care to
walked on down to the chorus line
kicked up hers and watched her dreams die
she walked through the lie, a light to see by
her heart is a tomb a deadly womb
of rotted love, fully pretended
a unearthly bloated life upended
by a tragedy unintended
the devil scream laughter haunt her forever
blinded by neon and leering strangers
she danced through the night until night left her screaming
the evening careening leaving her bleeding
her beauty deprived until hate satisfied
it's lust for her soul
and she dropped-
disenchanted.
