Disappointed

Tonight
You went to bed
Disappointed

And I
I am sitting here
Disappointed

Thinking Of you
And things you said
And the things
I should have said.

Life is full of disappointment, we wish sometimes we'd done/said things differently
but once it's done there's no way to erase it, so we must find the courage to
continue our solo journeys and try harder to not disappoint or be disappointed.
Your poem brings out one of the foibles of human nature, very good depiction.

never worry about what you should have said, missed opportune moments are at times a fact of life, just move on and say whats needed to be said, never too late just not on time (Report) Reply
