Dirty Windows Poem by Jonathan Goldman a.k.a JGthepoet

Dirty Windows

If I look on the World through Dirty Windows,
Full of dust and dirt and grime,
What I see will be obscured,
Day by day and time by time.

That is not the way to view HIS Creations,
Dour and grey and without life,
But my view has been sullied,
By the dirt and windows with grime.

If I look outside through bright, clear windows,
Shiny, washed and clear to view,
My Outlook on Life will be happy,
As I view old scenes, daily, anew.

The World HE has created is now happy,
Full of Life and good to live in,
For the Children HE has created,
Doing Good, absent from Sin.

Do not view Life through Dirty Windows,
Rather look through them clear and bright,
Be happy with the World HE has created,
Every Hour, each Day and Night.
