Protect me from everything
seems nothing's left for me
I've learned that love is meaningless
it starves you till your empty
blinded enslaved and bound
Despair fills you with negativity
the sickness tears out your heart
it breaks your will
leaves you crumbled on the ground
Wanting desperately to open my heart
Longing for an embrace
of nurturing innocence
tear the veil
to see right through
release me wash this pain away
tear down my walls
help me escape
want to believe
your all I ever need
hold me
mold me
take a good look at me
keeping me trapped
in troubling slavery
deceitful vanity
I struggle
you hide
behind arrogance
lies excuses
anger greed
hate and need
Strip me
of my dignity
I feel so...
