Dil Ko Haar Baar Akele Paya Tha.....

Mae apne dil ki guthi ko haar baar akela paya,
jo kaha nahi usne kabhi, vo mujhko sapne ne dekhlaya,

Jo us ke ghar ki raah nahi, jo apna nahi paraya tha,
Meri manzil ne phir bhi uska dwar mujhko dekhlaya tha.

Jo kavi uski tulna kabhi nahi karpaya tha,
Jisne uska dil jeeta- vo bohat door se aya tha,

Khamosh ho jati thi rahae jiske anae se,
Doob jati thi shayam jiske khawb mae khoo janae se,

aur uugta phir se suraj uski pahli angrayie se tha,
Koi aur nahi vo dilbar mere, vo tujhsa mere yara thaa..
Koi aur nahi vo dilbar mere, vo tujhsa mere yara thaa..

Loog kahtae thae hum beganae hai, duniya ke liye deewanae hai,
Vo kya janae usne apne jadoo se humko rijhaya tha,

Mae apne dil ki guthi ko haar baar akela paya tha,

Jo uske taat tak pahuch na paya, Vo dil mera bechara tha,
Jo uske bhaav ko samjh na paya, vo shayar koi awara tha,

aur usne jo unchua roop jo dekhaya tha,
Yaroo tumko kya bataye vo ishwar se bhi pyara tha......

Mae apne dil ki guthi ko hAaar baar akela paya,
Mae apne dil ki guthi ko haar baar akela paya,
jo kaha nahi usne kabhi, vo mujhko sapne ne dekhlaya,

Poem of the Day

poet Emily Jane Brontë

I am the only being whose doom
No tongue would ask no eye would mourn
I never caused a thought of gloom
A smile of joy since I was born

In secret pleasure - secret tears
