Different Worlds Poem by Mark Hopwood

Different Worlds

Window to the mind
I know it's there, somewhere
In a place I can't find
But its out there, somewhere within
Maybe I can find it, If I don't give in
If I can get out.
Out of this Blue mood in a black mind
A storm between two fading eyes
Leaving through tall wild grass
That lies trapped under falling skies.

And I can see it descending on me
But I'm passed really giving a damn
Because it's all over,
Before it had even started
I guess it was inevitable
The different worlds have parted.
