Differences Are The Same Poem by Luke Sanders

Differences Are The Same

If you're straight or you're gay,
And the world's had its say
If you're thin or you're fat,
Shouldn't care about that

If you're of average height,
Or you're 5ft 4
If you can run 13 miles
Or none at all

If god gave you intelligence,
Or maybe not
Is beauty your main thing?
Just use what you've got

If you have lots of money,
Or perhaps you're poor,
Still just wave away
The wolf at the door

Man or a woman,
Old or new,
Black or white,
Or green or blue

The world in which we live,
We're all playing the same game,
The one thing to know,
Al differences are the same
