Was one of Columbia's crew,
That in 2003 was caught
In the tragedy coming true,
When the shuttle exploded high
Above the Earth, and none survived.
But falling miles down from the sky,
Back to ground, his diary arrived.
Filled with mission notes and prayers,
With personals of family,
Reminder of extraordinaires
That ordinary humans be.
