Diamonds Shining In The Sun Poem by Joyce Hemsley

Diamonds Shining In The Sun

He gave to me a beautiful ring
to place on my hand eternally.
Our sweet romance is still an ember
and kisses tender I will remember.
In my heart it's always spring
because I wear his wedding ring.

Antique jewels in purest gold
he gave to me with gladness untold.
No other soulmate had I - not one!
But we'll be together till life is done
Diamonds shining in the moonlit air
O wonderful love beyond compare.
