How to open up?
How to connect?
How could I bring us
at the same point
sit together touch, and
careful listen, find
how can we create
one for the another?
How can we bring peace
into own minds
body and hearts?
If I can not cuddle
to calm and quiet
my only one heart
one brain and one body
How could I go forward
to help the needy ones?
