Devil's Testimony Poem by Deep Mukherjee

Devil's Testimony

Encrypted in Devil's testimony
For the Universe loves irony;
The 'land of the beloved' will turn red
A gift of love on her death-bed.
Condemned to the 'misery of malevolence'
Where science and religion lay in parallel existence;
Within the helix of deoxyribonucleotide
To the locus where chaos and cosmos colide.
The mind must descend through debris of abyss
To be blessed by solitude's kiss;
To decode the code of Devil's testimony
For the Universe loves irony.....
