Destruction Of Lhasa Poem by Amala Comer

Destruction Of Lhasa

See through the blind
witness China's real goal
let your heart
find the words,
speak from your soul.

Do not delay
not for a day
When life becomes flame
and not a mark
or a stain
is left to remain

We need you to shout
a truthful account
of what you have seen
But above all
remember
Lhasa, is the name.
