We walked across the beach,
Lovers hand in hand,
Leaving our footprints
Behind us in the sand.

Were heading for another place,
Where we can be together,
Where love is so much stronger,
And also last forever.

We walked as far as we could go,
And nothing did we see,
We both looked over the waves,
For our destiny.

We turned and gave a smile,
And walked towards the sea,
The time has come my darling,
To reach our destiny,

We walked into the ocean,
Knowing this was the end,
We didn’t have a care in the world,
On each other we could depend.

Our soles were quickly taken,
Our love was still a bond,
We were sat in a field lush and green,
Beside a tranquil pond.

So our destiny we reached,
Our soles are trapped together,
This can not be taken away,
Its sure to last forever.
