Desideratum Poem by Karina Lakeyeva

Desideratum

Rating: 5.0

When the aura’s parted,
When the sight is dark,
When the joy’s departed
And the body’s tark
Who will give me fire
To switch on my soul? -
Sounds & desire
Mixed into my call.

R: Wake my cold inside,
Save me from my mind.
I’m so tired to hide
Waiting till you find
Me …

If I sink in tears,
If my sopor ends,
If I lose my fears
And the moonshine sends
The desideratum
Who will understand
Sharing my fatum,
Giving me a hand?

R.
