Deity Poem by Mark Richardson

Deity

We walk into the moonlight
An others ring, glinting, staring, winking
Empathy pours like treacle
Scruples burrows into this nocturnal playground

Yet again, alluring
Enticing deity
Trouble does take all

Eye to eye
Eye for eye
The watching eye..........
