Defeated Poem by Angelina Cervera

Defeated
I'm tired of feeling the weight of the world
Everything is making my head whirl
I'm tired of fighting every single day
With everyone who comes my way
I don't want to hide behind a smiles
Walking alone on lonely miles
I just want to break down and cry
But ill keep my head up and lie
Maybe one day i won't have to be strong
maybe i can for once be wrong.
I don't want to feel so alone
i feel weak to the bones
But since i have to hold it in
I wont ever let life win..

    Not having control,
    over they the parents.
    And our friends.
    Wanting to be loved.
Depression is a cold swing, ,
    few wish to ride.
    Hang on to your dreams,
    and pride....iip (Report) Reply
