December Poem by Hanh Chau

December

No sign of living earth

display like flowers and plants

can be found nearby

In the cold white

winter of

December’s season

Trees turn bare

Flowers withered

Plants died

Except for the sparkling

crystal sitting on the empty branch

Frozen the petals to ceased

Snow wrapping around underneath

the green flourish

with her white fur coat

covering up the earth

in her white blanket

driving away the beautiful

nature out of splendor sign

putting the living ones in

a peaceful rest
