Death Of Light Poem by Nicole Henson

Death Of Light

on the night of halloween

the death is always high

for every halloween the night is filled with fear

and fear is what causes the heart to stop

on one special halloween

death thrived in the night

basking in the moonlight

and all light began to die

the sun no longer came in the morning

and the moon no longer shined at night

all life began to fade

a flame was said to live

only one bright life remained

and then that finally ceased to live

the world dived into its darkest days

and the devil thrived off its doom

the world was gone and in its place

was the death of light

Hell
