Death Is Imminent For All Poem by Dr John Celes

Death Is Imminent For All

Rating: 5.0

Some days ago, she was alive, I know;
Today I know the truth, she is no more!
This is how life goes on for all on earth;
This is the fact and truth that’s bare since birth.

The mammoth trees I saw in childhood years
Have all just vanished like souls known and seers;
Let us then live to leave at any time;
Meanwhile let life we live be made sublime.

You cannot stem this trend in any way;
We mortals face our death on earth some day;
Our stay is transient here on earth meanwhile;
Expect the end and live in simple style.

Yes you are true in this poem. We all have mortal faces on human bodies. Death is end of material life. Remembering this with expectation of simple life we all should live. Interesting sharing...10
