Death Poem by Hillary Unknown

Death

Nothing I can say
Will make things the same
I tried the right words
But they just sounded lame
So I’ll speak from my heart
Though I’m not sure where to start
You asked me what I did
Well, I didn’t
I denied it till it finally hit
And denying it
Didn’t help a bit
Lean on others
God, your family, and me
We’ll always be there for you
And that’s the key

For: Morgan after her grandpa died
