Dearest Daddy Poem by toxicity ryan adams

Dearest Daddy

Oh dearest daddy
Are you listening
She lays on her bed
Wishing she was dead
Her heart is so torn
She wishes she was never born
Daddy u were never there
Sometimes it was too much to bare
Momma jus showed up
Too late she's already given up
Always antisocial
Cutting became so crucial
Oh dearest daddy
Are u listening
She thought the world of u
That little girl u barely knew
She swore when she grew
That shed b just like you
To bad now she sees
That's not the way to be
Dealing with drugs and thugs all she wanted was a hug
Instead she got tears and blood
Oh dearest daddy
Are u listening
Attention she craved so badly
Never got it from her daddy
All those boys she went through
Some of them she barely knew
All the things they made her do
Sometimes they abused her too
Oh dearest daddy
Are u listening
