this is a poem a friend wrote to another

Words cannot explain the way you make me feel
but this poem is my attempt
to show that my feelings are for real

On that day in the park
something within me lit like a spark

It was not only lit by the embodiment of beauty
but lit by the heart of this cutie

My search for the perfect girl has come to an end
Cause I now know that I found what god has sent
I thank him for bringing me such an amazing angel
And I thank him for being able
to bring this moment where things cannot become unstable

I have never perceived such great perfection
you’re flawless in every aspect known to man; what more can I ask for
That’s why I’m trying to show my affection
and let the whole world know that you are what I adore

So this is what I have to say on this Christmas eve day
And I will conclude this poem with this cliché
Roses are red
Violets are blue
