Dead Beat Dad (Part 2) Poem by Rose Falcone

Dead Beat Dad (Part 2)

Rating: 5.0

Fathers can be such an odd breed
This one particular is a demon seed
The row he sows is filth and greed
Caring only of what HE may need

Though my children he may hurt
I must try to not be curt
My heart and mind always alert
To the redemption only God can assert

Now what I offer is a prayer
For this man so unaware
Of the pain he causes so unfair
To a child so fair beyond compare

What you’ve missed you’ll never know
Poor miserable man life full of woe
All your money, your cars, your ho’
Can never meet the debt you owe
