Dawn Of Light Poem by Casey Jarrell

Dawn Of Light

Rating: 5.0

In my sight,
in the dead of night,
I heard a melody
that could take flight.

She raised her hand
up to the stars.
She told her story
to the light of Mars.

She sang her song
with all her might.
The song will travel through
the distant light.

She sang her song
throughout the night.
She will forever bring
the dawn of light.
