Darkness Dustpan Dear Poem by Adam Thoms

Darkness Dustpan Dear

Rating: 4.0

Endured, Self Assured, Not quite cured,
But treated, damnation defeated, by your side I'm seated, conversation's heated,

We're speaking of love & things of above,
When push comes to pull,
We don't eat ourselves full,

Instead smile and save,
Room for things you gave,
A broom, so, we sweep and waive,

Cobwebs from corners clear,
''Grab the darkness dustpan, Dear.''

Understandable, if a little effort is made. Readable and worthwhile I believe. Not among the best, but not a waste. GW62
