Darkened dreams in my daylight
Sunri​ se​ of the night streamin​ g​ in
Only the stars loneline​ ss​ bright
Twili​ ght​ is in its twinklin​ g​ spin
Comin​ g​ and going – bursting out
Feelings that run deep inside me
Like fresh breezes out there gusting
Always wanting to be forever free

I know the sun shall shine once more
High up in its summer blue sky
Now its drifting to the shore
In oceans lonely songs of goodbye
Love is an inside feeling
With much more there to realize
Always some mood out stealing
With their billows in disguise

Dark is my way – breaking into night
In to the sky rises of the far
Lonely wishes in their flight
Defeating dark with a fiery star
Oh let the sun still be inside
With every touch that survives
Shadows of marine waves glide
Dance on their ways to revive
