Dark Shadow Poem by ANJANDEV ROY

Dark Shadow

The old man slowly walked on his way with his drooping figure,
"Who is there? " he asked anxiously,
As he saw a dark and horrible shadow,
"I am the reality of your heinous crime in the past, "the shadow answered agonizingly;
"It's unbelievable, " the old man protested,
"Ask your conscience and see the greatest truth of it, " the shadow reminded him.
The man was fully stunned and he buckled at the end.
