Dark Of The Wheel Poem by William F Dougherty

Dark Of The Wheel

Rating: 5.0

The dark as time
breached will fade
as rising light
ingests its shade.

Asterisk stars
perforate night,
thick sable pall
siphoned white.

To a pendulum text
all grief consents:
white days, but next,
night's grave descents.
