i'll hold your secret in my arms
bound like a memory in my mind
i'll protect it from harm
always pushing on rewind.
your lips frozen to mine
our hands stitched together
you're a haunting thought in my mind
i'll never escape though i run forever.
you seem so cold
your eyes like an empty abyss
with a heart of gold
i suffer in your kiss.
you look at me
i can't decide if you understand
glazed eyes of mercy
piercing through me with bleeding hands.
