Dare Not Poem by Cynthia Pardede

Dare Not

He was born to be buried
He breathes to exhale
He walks so that he could come
To a stand
Dwells day in the sun
Dwells night in the star
He suffers work to be happy
Later on

To have is to lose
Some he received
Some would be taken
from him at the same value
To take is to give
Some he received
Some had been taken
from him at the same value

But he realises nothing
Because he moves so fast
As if he would stumble by the rotation
Of this heavenly earth
O poor, Luci
This unfair sphere is clearly fair
Who said an angel can't disguise as satan?
Who?
